Program Description
This program is designed to dramatically increase the number of implant procedures you perform in your practice and improve the quality and longevity of the implant final restorations. This program will focus on implant case identification, developing the skills to treat the cases, and increasing patient case acceptance. Participants will have the opportunity to have 3 of their own cases treated in the implant treatment planning sessions.

Speaker Bio:
Dr. Faraj Hanna A., a graduate in dental medicine from Université de Montréal in 2005, distinguishes himself from the very start by his humanist and avant-garde approach. Since then, his passion for dentistry and his preoccupation with his patients’ health led him to devote hundreds of hours yearly in advanced courses in implantology, occlusion, orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry. All this has led him to travel to many dental academy courses such as : Dawson, Spears and LVI to pursue his devotion to dentistry.
He is also a member of several important associations such as: the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the International Team for Implantology (ITI), in addition to be serving as the President of the AGD Quebec. A previous user of Cerec and Itero systems, he is currently using the Straumann Digital Workflow, a combination of Trios (3Shape) – C series (Straumann milling machine) – P series (Straumann 3D Dental printer), to accomplish his different types of treatments.
He is frequently invited to share his knowledge with his colleague dentists through lecturing on either single-unit restorations or full mouth rehabilitations on natural teeth and/or implants including the Straumann Pro-arch fixed solution.
About the Host:
Dr. Nayeem Esmail, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine (Class of 2005). He then completed a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Washington Hospital Center (Washington, DC), where he became Chief Resident from 2008-2009. His residency training has equipped him with the knowledge and skills in a wide scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with special interests in dental implants and tissue engineering, reconstructive surgery and trauma, as well as facial cosmetic procedures. Dr. Esmail has also done extensive research on Sleep Apnea. He is Board-Certified by both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
Dr. Esmail quickly gained trust and confidence from his patients and colleagues and currently maintains a private practice in Abbotsford and Vancouver, BC. In addition, he has been treating patients with acute facial trauma and oral and maxillofacial emergencies at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Chilliwack Hospital.
