5 YEARS

Five Year Warranty on all Porcelain & Metal Restoration

Zirconia, Porcelain Fused to Metal, and FGC crown and bridge work will be warranted for FIVE years against defects in material or craftmanship, as of date of invoice, and ORIGINAL material only.

2 YEARS

Two Year Warranty on all e.max® Restorations

All e.max® crown and bridge work will be warrantied for TWO years against defect in material or craftmanship, as of date of invoice, and ORIGINAL material only.

90 DAYS

Ninety (90) Day Warranty on all Appliances

All appliances are guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 90 days as of date of invoice. One (1) year appliance warranty available for purchase on select appliances. Call us for further details.

2 YEARS

FULL or PARTIAL DENTURES

We offer a TWO-YEAR warranty against defects in material or craftmanship. This is also inclusive of the acrylic portion of Cast Partials.

5 YEARS

CAST PARTIALS

We offer a FIVE-YEAR warranty against defects in material or craftmanship for all Metal Frame- work.

30 DAYS

RELINES/REBASES

We offer a 30-DAY warranty against materials and craftmanship.

Immediate Dentures are not applicable to any warranty, nor does one apply to repairs or relines/rebases of these dentures or cast partials.*

The warranty is issued to the original doctor who issued the original prescription and is not transferable. It is valid to the original prescription only, and change in treatment including material, or additions are not applicable.

The account with Shanto Dental Ceramics must be current when the warranty claim is submitted. Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to COD status and a service charge of 2% per month on overdue accounts will apply.
